Procedure detail
Patient is a 28-year-old transgender with receding hairline and both temples. She wants to have a feminine hairline. The recipient area measured 25 cm2; hair is fine, dark brown with average density (65 follicles/cm2) and good scalp laxity.
She does not want to shave her long hair so FUT technique was done. FUT 1,554 grafts was done (1-hair grafts: 419 grafts, 1 1/2 hair grafts: 51 grafts, 2-hair: 862 grafts, 3-hair grafts: 222 grafts).
