Hair transplant surgery before and after result images with 3000 grafts

Procedure detail

30 year old male presented to our clinic with concern for frontal hair loss and vertex thinning. Now stable with finasteride, we grafted 3000 FUE grafts over a 2 consecutive day session, with 2000 to the frontal forelock and hairline, and the remaining 1000 to the vertex. Caution was taken in the vertex grafting to avoid transection of the native hair and replicate hair angles. Finasteride also played a substantial role in the outcome to his vertex. Dry/wet before photos, immediate post-op photo, and 6 months post-op photo is presented. All grafts were manually extracted and placed by the physician.
