Procedure detail
The change obtained in only one session is amazing.
It is a beautiful example of what we can reach when we perform a hair transplant with a high number of grafts. We manage to reach a number of hair between 8000 and 10.000, which gives incredible results.
This patient was obviously in a favourable situation: a good density carrying between 90 and 130 FU/cm2 on the lateral and occipital level.
On the other hand, he accepted to shave completely his recipient area which has made easier the concentration of grafts. And one more thing: he had thick hair.
The grafts transferred were: 1H: 528 2H: 1865 3H: 1110 4H: 294 5H: 17 Double grafts: 38
Bald class
Norwood class 3A
The Norwood Class A patterns are characterized by a predominantly front to back progression of hair loss. These patterns lack the connecting bridge across the top of the scalp and generally have more limited hair loss in the crown, even when advanced.
