I wanted to post this patient´s results. I operated him in 2022. 1700 grafts were used in total, 306 of them were refined singles. He had a swirl in the front as you can see. It was tricky to follow it however I think it turned out quite nice. Unfortunately I don't have records on the exact materials I used and graft division apart from the singles.

In terms of the receding hairline, stage 3 vertex balding is a less drastic version of stage 3.
However, people experiencing stage 3 vertex balding will also begin losing hair on the crown of their head. This often starts as one small bald spot.
