Treatment details:
34 years old male with Norwood 5/6 on finasteride 1.25 mg 5 times weekly. Reconstruction of his hairline back to crown, split over 2 surgical days.
Equipment used: Classic WAW FUE system with total of two new 0.85 Tornado hybrid punches. Saphire blade size 1.4 for the bulk part and metal blade size 1.0 and 0.8 for the last 1 cm of the hairline/feathered zone.

Transection rate in this case was 4 % including partial transections.
Average: 3.24 hairs per graft. This patient´s donor area was exceptional as you can see on the photos from the 10th month follow up.

The balding areas at the temples join with the balding area at the vertex. The band of hair across the top of the head is gone or sparse.
