I started this patient on finasteride and operated him in end of february last year. Since crowns are tricky to get extremely dense on the first round, I usually inform that to our patients so they are aware about potential touch ups in the future to get extreme density there. We plan on doing a tiny touch up on the crown after the upcoming summer. Let me know your thoughts

1 Hair grafts - 370(mostly created under microscope)
2 Hair grafts -1115 -> 2230 hairs
3 Hair grafts - 915 -> 2745 hairs
4 Hair grafts - 480 -> 1920 hairs
5 Hair grafts - 20 -> 80 hairs
Total: 2900 Grafts - 7345 Hairs
Transection rate in this case was 6 % including partial transections.
Average: 2.53 hairs per graft.
