A 35-year-old male hair transplant patient wanted to slow down his hair loss. However, he did not have an ideal donor area. When wetting his hair, it was clear that what looked like permanent hair in back, was likely to thin more considerably in the future. Therefore, minimizing scarring was key to a successful procedure.
