Procedure detail
This case features a male patient with advanced hair loss affecting the frontal area, mid-scalp, and crown. He had no previous hair transplant surgery and wanted to improve overall coverage from the front through the crown.
A total of 6,000 grafts were transplanted in a single FUE session, with forceps implantation. The treatment plan focused on rebuilding a natural frontal frame, creating density through the mid-scalp, and improving crown coverage in a balanced and donor-conscious manner.
The photos show the result 10 months after surgery. No claim is made that this represents the final endpoint, as transplanted hair may continue to mature over the following months.
This case demonstrates how single-session FUE megasession planning can be used to create broad visual improvement when graft distribution, density planning, and long-term donor management are carefully considered together.
Bald class
