This hair restoration patient who had treatment almost 12 months ago. He received 2538 grafts to the front and top of the scalp during his hair transplant surgery. At the time of the initial surgery he was not overly concerned with the crown.This changed though as his new hair started to come through.

Occurs when the connecting bridge of hair disappears leaving a single large bald area on the front and top of the scalp. The hair on the sides of the scalp remains relatively high.
