This 31 year old Norwood Class 6 patient was presented to Dr. Arocha for his hair restoration options. He wanted to restore his forelock as much as possible in one session. We performed a 4251 FUT procedure. The after photos are taken 71/2 months after his transplant

The balding areas at the temples join with the balding area at the vertex. The band of hair across the top of the head is gone or sparse.
