This patient was presented to Dr. Bernard Nusbaum for his hair restoration options. His main goal was to fill the crown and fill in the frontal region for an age appropriate look. Hair transplant surgery was performed to achieve the following results at one year postoperative.

The two areas of hair loss are larger than in stage 4. They are still separated, but the band of hair between them is narrower and sparser. There is significant hair loss on the top of the scalp (the vertex).
