DR Arshad / The Hair Dr Clinic (Leeds,UK) - 2148 grafts by FUE

Procedure detail

We present the case of a a client in his early 50's with hair loss over the frontal third and into the mid-scalp/vertex area.
He has coarse hair with a blend of salt ´n´pepper hair colour characteristics.
The client wanted to achieve a fuller and more defined hairline and blend this in to the denser areas further back.
Here we show, before, graft placement, then six and eleven months post op regrowth. Note not only the substantial amount more hair at eleven months but also the maturity and quality of the hair. compared to six months. As the hair grows after a hair transplant with each hair cycle the new hair coarseness and quality improves. With a hair transplant this can continue even after the twelve month mark.
FUE graft breakdown:
Single FU's - 391
Double FU's - 590
Triple FU's - 1167
Total = 2148

Bald class 3V

Norwood stage 3 Vertex

In terms of the receding hairline, stage 3 vertex balding is a less drastic version of stage 3.
However, people experiencing stage 3 vertex balding will also begin losing hair on the crown of their head. This often starts as one small bald spot.
