MicroFue with a 0.7- 0.8 mm punch was performed on our almost NW-VA patient.

Treatment plan:
Hairline reconstruction and fulfilling the frontal ,mid-crown, and crown area
Operation:
Performed operation with FUE, 1 session, 4500 FUs harvested with 0.7(only temporal)- 0.8 mm motorized punch.
Partial separation of 500 singles for the frontal hairline and rest implanted homogenously for the frontal, mid-crown, and crown area.
Finasteride and minoxidil are recommended, but the patient refused to use them.
He is/was using multi-vitamins /PRP for hair

The two areas of hair loss are larger than in stage 4. They are still separated, but the band of hair between them is narrower and sparser. There is significant hair loss on the top of the scalp (the vertex).
