MicroFue with 0.8 mm punch performed to our NW-V patient.
Treatment plan:
Hairline reconstruction and fulfilling the frontal and crown area.
Operation:
Performed operation with FUE, 1 session 3673 FUs harvested with 0.8 mm motorized punch.(Because of hair caliber we could not use 0.7 mm)
Separation of singles, doubles ,triples etc under Microscope. Thin singles used for frontal hairline, medium ones after line for transition
and rest implanted homogenically for frontal, crown area.

Finasteride and minoxidil recommended but patient refused to use them.
Note: Had a bumpy ride to create transition for frontal hairline because all donor hairs were thick 😅

Occurs when the connecting bridge of hair disappears leaving a single large bald area on the front and top of the scalp. The hair on the sides of the scalp remains relatively high.
