MicroFue with 0.7 mm punch performed to our NW-III Vertex patient.
Treatment plan:
Hairline reconstruction and fulfilling the frontal and crown area.
Operation:
Performed operation with FUE, 1 session 3434 FUs harvested with 0.7 mm motorized punch.
Separation of singles, doubles ,triples under Microscope. Thin singles used for frontal hairline and rest implanted homogenically for frontal, crown area.

Quadruple: 10
Finasteride and minoxidil recommended but patient refused to use them.

Norwood stage 3 Vertex
In terms of the receding hairline, stage 3 vertex balding is a less drastic version of stage 3.
