We wanted to share this result from a longtime patient of ours. He first came to Dr. Arocha approximately 4 years ago with severe thinning and recession. He wanted a permanent solution to address his hair loss. Dr. Arocha decided to take a multi-layered approach. This patient's very first procedure was an FUT procedure, of approximately 1000 grafts. The following year, he underwent a 1000 graft FUE procedure to continue to add density. That second procedure was followed by two smaller FUE procedures totaling another 1000 grafts to get this patient his ideal hairline! I've shown this patient over the years, but he came in last week for a follow-up, so I figured I'd share. The before images were taken before he had any of his transplants. He is on a medical regimen to mitigate any further progression of his genetic hair loss.
