Hi,
Fine, light, blonde hair can lead to a requirement of multiple surgeries in order to achieve a denser result. However, depending on the graft quality/number of hairs per follicle a denser result can be achieved in some cases with one pass. This patient has coefficient of 2.77 hairs per follicle in the extracted grafts, which meant he has got a good coverage already at 6 months. Many factors can affect the outcome of hair transplant surgery, the hairs per follicle coefficient is one such factor. Hair graft growth after a hair transplant is unique to each individual and no two journeys are the same. This patient is very happy with his progress so far.
Surgical details:
Total = 2,575 grafts
1= 180
2= 403
3= 1823
4= 169
I have requested a comb through from the patient and will post once I get it.
